100 Mile Marathon Saturday November 21

20-Man Teams from area churches and organizations in Camden County are asked to run or walk the track at Chris Gilman Stadium in an effort to raise funds and awareness for FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes). The Fellowship of Christian Athletes is an organization that has touched millions of lives …one heart at a time. Since 1954, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes has been challenging coaches and athletes on the professional, college, high school, junior high and youth levels to use the powerful medium of athletics to impact the world for Jesus Christ. FCA is the largest Christian sports organization in America. FCA focuses on serving local communities by equipping, empowering and encouraging people to make a difference for Christ. We currently have active FCA chapters in Camden County schools. We are trying to get a local huddle of another branch of FCA. It is the FCA Team Endurance Huddle. It ministers to Long distance athletes and tri-athlete types. To date, Mark Rector, Chuck Fulton, Paul Cosenza and Rob Morrow are representing FPC and we need a few more walkers and runners to take on a leg of the event. We are also looking for pledges for the cause. See any team member for more information.
